The meeting will take place in Magdeburg (Germany) at the Herrenkrug Parkhotel near the river Elbe and the Herrenkrug Park. Accommodation is available at Herrenkrug Parkhotel. We suggest also other hotels here.

If you come to Magdeburg by train we suggest the following route:
- Take the train to Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof (main station)
- Leave the main station and take the tram number 4 in direction "Herrenkrug" from the station "City Carré"
- Leave the tram at the final stop "Herrenkrug" and wake to the Herrenkrug Parkhotel
Tram tickets can be purchased inside the tram at the ticket automat.
